Reception Admissions 2024-2025
We are delighted that your child has been allocated a place at Gledhow Primary School to start in September 2024. Please accept your child's place at Gledhow Primary School by the 30th April 2024. After accepting your child's place, please fill in the admissions forms by Monday 20th May 2024- these will be sent to you once you have accepted your child's place.
Key Dates:
Tuesday 11th June- Getting to know you session
Thursday 27th June- Parent meeting
Thursday 4th July- Transition session

15hr & 30hr Nursery Places Available
Gledhow Nursery is part of a large primary school in North Leeds. It has 39 places for children aged 3 and 4 years old. Children are able to start with us, the term after they are 3 years old.
Provision is term time only, in line with the main school calendar and our place allocations and timings are as follows:
15 hours - universal nursery provision:
Taken either at the beginning of the week or the end of the week;
Two and a half days:
Monday and Tuesday 9.00am to 3.00pm
Wednesday 9.00am to 12.00pm
Two and a half days:
Wednesday 12.15pm to 3.15pm
Thursday and Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm
30 hours - for those children who are eligible:
Five full days:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm
Top ups may be purchased at £5 per half hour to extend sessions from 8.45am to 9am.
