After School Activity Clubs (ASAC)

Our flourishing ASAC programme provides around twenty activites every term with nearly one hundred and fifty children attending.

ASAC, excellently run by Mrs Kitching, has sport, art, dance, music and many other options available. The classes run from Monday to Thursday for ten weeks every term. These are arranged to avoid residential visits wherever possible. Children come to the hall af the end of school, where they register and have a snack. ASAC runs from 3.20pm to 4.20pm, when parents must arrange for their children to be collected promptly.

Payment is £2.50 per session, to be paid in advance.

HOW TO APPLY FOR ASAC ACTIVITIES

•    Shortly after half term a Newsletter/Application Form for the next term’s activities will be sent to all children.  This will give information about all the activities/dates/costs plus the date when applications need to be received.

•    Enclose application forms/monies in a sealed envelope marked ASAC.

•    IMPORTANT: If you are applying for more than one child, please ensure that all forms/monies are in one sealed envelope.

•    Send/hand in your envelope by 3.10 pm on date given in Newsletter (via book bags/teacher/office).

•    Envelopes will be drawn randomly “out of a hat” on this date, opened and places allocated in the order they are drawn.

•    You can still apply after the date on the Newsletter, but you will miss the first “draw”.  Places will be allocated depending on whether there are any spaces remaining on your chosen activity.

•    You will only hear if you have been unsuccessful or whether there is a query.  No news is good news.
